Training Program:

12 lifting workouts designed to enhance your core, endurance, power, injury prevention, and overall improvement for Swimming, Biking, and Running. You will do 2 workouts weekly with a specific daily warm up. These workouts are designed around a busy work schedule, and include an easy to use online training calendar, and usually last 20-30 mins and can be done at home or your local gym. Not all workouts have the complete workout video to watch, so you may need to watch the videos of the individual exercise

Sample Program Overview

Note: This is a sample of the first two weeks of this training program. Each program includes detailed weekly instructions and assigned workouts. With the purchase of your training package you will recieve the full schedule.

WEEK 1: 2 workouts to be done with 1-2 days rest in between (recommended gym days Monday / Thursday or Tuesday / Friday). If you are training on gym days keep it easy. The workouts should be done at a strong tempo with a focus on good form for each exercise.
• Workout 1: 4th and 1
• Workout 2: Core Shredder

WEEK 2: 2 workouts to be done with 1-2 days rest in between (recommended gym days Monday / Thursday or Tuesday / Friday). If you are training on gym days keep it easy. The workouts should be done at a strong tempo with a focus on good form for each exercise.
• Workout 3: Tri Core
• Workout 4: 12 Pack
