Training Program:

12 lifting workouts designed for beginner runners to enhance your core, endurance, power, injury prevention and overall improvement for running for up to 15 miles per week. These workouts are easy to do at your home or local gym. Included are an online training log and a detailed instructional video of movements for each workout that is easy to access from both the web and smart phone. Not all workouts have the complete workout video to watch, so you may need to watch the videos of the individual exercise.

Sample Program Overview

Note: This is a sample of the first two weeks of this training program. Each program includes detailed weekly instructions and assigned workouts.  With the purchase of your training package you will recieve the full schedule.

WEEK 1: 2 workouts to be done with 1 or 2 rest days (recommend gym days Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. If you are running on gym days keep it easy.
