Methodology

Athletic Improvement Center's philosophy is to create a balanced and efficient body to optimize athletic performance. Every athlete is unique and has their own specific deficits that are limiting their performance. The average training program will only widen the gap between an athlete's strengths and weaknesses. Through extensive testing, we identify deficits in proprioception, coordination, endurance capacity, strength capacity and power. We also access mobility and stability of the joints of the body.  Our coaches then provide you with a customized training program to eliminate these deficits and turn your weaknesses into strengths.

Regardless of your goal, sport or ability level, we will help you identify and eliminate your weaknesses and have you performing at your absolute best.
